Didn't really deserve a star! An order placed via Lieferando, delivery time 45 min. So far so good. In tracking, the time ran down as usual. Then the display: will be delivered in 0 minutes. Still nothing after 30 minutes. Calling useless, nobody answers the phone ... Waited another 60 minutes; no delivery, no tel. Contact... hands off

Very nice pub with a good beer selection. Unfortunately we didn't test the burgers. If you want to watch football, you've come to the right place. The staff is friendly and has a plan. We would love to come back.

Ordered online: 3 hours waiting time. Nobody can be reached by phone. They called after 2 hours, it would take longer, they didn't have enough suppliers. Unfortunately, it seems to be commonplace when you look at the other reviews. Food was completely cold, chips and burgers sticky. Never again.

The specified delivery time is clearly exceeded, nobody can be reached by phone. Not recommendable. Absolutely ridiculous. Originally the waiting time was one hour, after 2.5 hours we will go somewhere else to eat. Does not serve the purpose of a song service. Fortunately, we didn't pay in advance.

The delivery took just under 2 hours. The burgers and fries were cold. After eating, we felt slightly nauseous and had an uncomfortable feeling of fullness. Worst burger I've eaten so far.

Unfortunately it happened the second time that the juicy lucy burger had NO cheese in the patty. At the called price of 12.50 this is an absolute no go. But still tastes good again and again. Please work on it and then everything will be perfect ?

Ordered and have it delivered. Actually always good, but this time the burger was cold, which can happen but the fact that I can't reach anyone in the branch by phone is bold.

Super tasty burgers and, in my opinion, high quality of the ingredients. In addition, delicious sweet potato fries, which convince with their crispness. In my opinion, it is often a sign of quality and service when you as a guest are asked which cooking level the burger patty should be. In addition, a great beer menu with delicious beer variations.

Totally disappointed. Dear duke, you used to do better than that. Ordered today in the north of the city. Unfortunately the food came 40 minutes late, maybe less than two hours, but with a child it was an eternity and we had already ordered an hour in advance. The nuggets for the child were almost black and tough, and the promised pink mayo was missing. But our burgers had hardly seen the pan, it wasn't even rare anymore. French fries, of course, ragged and cold. It's a shame, but I won't be ordering anymore for now. The only good thing, the driver was very friendly!

Ordered by Lieferando. 1.5 hours delivery time even though the Duke is only 30m across the street. Delivery only after calling twice. Burger so-so, not hot anymore. Order not complete. In summary: at least something delivered at some point ...

I love Dukes Burgers. But the delivery service of the branch in the north of the city is a joke. Waited almost 2 hours, the fries cold, burger lukewarm. The driver at least apologized and was very friendly. He couldn't help it because he came from the branch at the long arbor to compensate. You can't even ask where the food is, since the number is probably taken but not occupied. Nobody answered the phone for over an hour. At least it was true with the burger that I didn't want onions. Unfortunately, other ingredients were forgotten. I stay loyal to the other Dukes branches, but they will never get any money from me again. As for the delivery service, I strongly advise against it.

A very good place to have some burgers and pints! -First class Hamburgers. Beer collection is small but good. -The locacion is coasy but sometimes a little bit too small. -Background music is a nice mix of only good songs. All in all a very nice place for a night out with your friends!

Nice selection of beers, nut sometimes seems to run out of all local brews at once.

Nice Irish pub. The waiters were very nice and competent and took time for us to explain different drinks and made good suggestions. Live music was good as well. Will defiantly come back again.

Went on a Friday night. There was a really good live singer. Beer selection is decent and has many mixed beer drinks. Would come back again.
